Documentation:
A valid passport is required. Visas' can be obtained at all points of
entry and at embassies It is also recommended to bring a valid vaccination certificate for Yellow Fever.

Insurance:
It is strongly advised that you take out fully comprehensive insurance which should include death, medical expenses, injury, delays, loss and damage to property. Sanskrut Safaris will not be held responsible for any such claims.

Reservations & Cancellations:
A 50% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due before the tour begins. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Liabilities:
All persons carried on the companies vehicles are governed by the respective laws of the land and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

Light cotton clothes, sweater/jacket, comfortable shoes, hat/cap, scarf, comb, camera, film, binoculars, deodorant, insect repellent, sunblock, aftersun cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, moisturizer, soap, torch, sunglasses, water bottle, swiss army knife, towel, sleeping bag, toilet paper and heavy duty plastic bags.

Mountain Climbing packing list:
Anorak, fleece, water-proof jacket/pants, gloves, shirts, shorts, trousers, skirts, emergency foil blanket, thermal underwear, sun hat, walking boots, trainers, socks, sunglasses, snow goggles, water bottle, torch, bottled water, walking pole, toiletries, sun cream, sun block and salve, whistle, penknife, towel, camera, film, batteries, four-season sleeping bag, day pack, toilet paper and heavy duty plastic bags

First Aid Kit:
Diamox 250mg tablets, pain killers, antacid tablets, Antibiotics for diarrhea etc. Anti-malarial tablets, antiseptics, bandages and plasters.

Photography
Bring all your photographic equipment with you.
Do not take photographs of anything governmental or military (including post offices, banks, bridges, etc.) Also use your own judgment when taking photos of local peoples. Most won't mind at all. Others may request a small payment for the privilege of photographing them.
